A quick newsletter this week. I’m in the Ozarks playing golf at Big Cedar Lodge. I spent Thursday flying out to Missouri and played the 13-hole walking course. A great way to shake off the rust and get a lay of the land.

Also, a wild sunset.

A few quick notes

After finishing Wind Up Bird Chronicle, which is excellent but very long, I started a light read called The Spy Coast by Gerritsen. It’s about a bunch of retired spies living in Maine who have their past drudged up and have to dust up their skills. It's a quick, fun read.

I’m listening to…

Every year, Tron Carter of No Laying Up records a podcast about airports. It’s incredible how much traveling these guys do and how many airports they fly through. Listen here.

Have to give a shoutout to Night Shift’s Night Light. Had a couple while watching the Cs eliminate the Cavs.

I’m eating…

Shrimp tacos at Monument. We stumbled into Taco Tuesday this week. I’ve become a big fish taco fan. Had never really had them before. Had pineapple and avocado. Delightful.

PGA Championship—major golf! I’m on a golf trip with buddies, and I'm looking forward to watching with other folks while drenched in golf this weekend.
