Another eventful week, so below are the results from anything that wrapped up this weekend, along with a preview of the MassGolf Four-Ball, which starts on Tuesday.

Pro Results

  • Chevron Championship: Nelly Korda won her third major championship this week by five shots. Megan Khang shot 72-67-73-75 (-1) and finished T34. It’s Khang’s second-best finish of the year. Best best finished was a T28 in the LA Championship. Alexa Pano missed the cut. Results

  • Zurich Championship: Michael Thorbjornsen and Karl Vilips finished T13. Davis Chatfield and Adrien Dumont de Chassart finished T17. It’s Chatfield’s best finish on tour, and he’ll likely be back on the course at the Myrtle Beach Classic on May 7. Results

  • Mitsubishi Electric Classic: Jason Caron finished T34, while Retief Goosen won the Stableford event. Results

Men’s College Results

If you’re looking for a comprehensive look at Division 1 Conference Championships involving New England teams and Massachusetts individuals, this page has them all.

This is what went down this weekend:

  • ACC Championship: Joey Lenane (Dedham, Mass.) traveled with his NC State team, but was a substitute for the Wolfpack. Stanford won the stroke play portion of the event. | Stroke Play | Match Play

  • Ivy League: Harvard won the Ivy League Championship by one shot over Princeton. The Crimsons Barry Zhang beat Princeton’s Reed Greyserman in a playoff for the individual title. Yale finished fourth, and Dartmouth finished fifth. Results

  • Patriot League: Navy won the championship by five shots over Lafayette. The Midshipmen shot an outstanding 3-under par as a team to climb to the top in the final round. Holy Cross finished fifth. For Holy Cross, John Scollins (Wrentham, Mass.) finished 26th, John Scully (Winchester, Mass.) finished 28th, and Brian Glennon (Hingham, Mass.) finished 38th. Matthew Quinn (Holden, Mass.) finished 30th for Lehigh. Results

  • NEC Championship: Howard won the title, and New Haven finished T5 to wrap up their inaugural year as a Division 1 program. Results

  • Southwestern Athletic Conference: Sascha Robinson (Plymouth, Mass.) finished in sixth place while competing for Florida A&M. His team finished in second place behind Arkansas - Pine Bluffs. Results

  • SEC Championship: Ryan Downes shot 74-72 in the first two rounds of the SEC Championship but was a sub in the third and final round. It was an underwhelming performance for Vanderbilt. They finished 14th, 15 shots outside of the match play cut line. Ole Miss won the title, beating Florida in the final. Stroke Play | Match Play

  • NESCAC: Williams won the D3 NESCAC Championship at Fox Hopyard in Connecticut. They leapfrogged Tufts in the final round with a 6-over par score, beating the Jumbos by 15 shots on that day and beating them by 13 for the win.

Women’s College Results

  • MAAC Championship: Quinnipiac beat Fairfield by three shots to win the MAAC Championship and book a spot in the NCAA Regionals. Sophia Fujita led the way for the Bobcats and won the individual title. Sacred Heart finished fourth and Merrimack finished 5th. Results

  • Ivy League Championship: Columbia beat Harvard by seven shots. Dartmouth finished fifth, and Yale finished sixth. Live Scoring

  • Big 12 Championship: Molly Smith finished 44th, and her UCF team took third place. They should have a spot in a Regional, as they are the 15th ranked team in the country. Results

  • American Athletic Conference: Apr 27-29 | Aidan Emmerich (Temple) Live Scoring

  • Conference USA: Apr 27-30 | Trevor Drew (W. Kentucky) Live Scoring

  • West Coast Conference: May 1-2 | Emil Nielsen (Santa Clara) Scoring

  • Big East Championship: Apr 25-27 | Providence, Isabel Brozena (Xavier) Live Scoring

Amateur Results:

McCampbell Cup: Will Lord (Suffield, Conn.) shot 68 (-3) at Rhode Island CC to beat Riley Donovan (Milton, Mass.) by a shot in the boys division. Alyssa Liu (Milton, Mass.) and Adrianna Eaton (Smithfield, RI) both shot 75 in the Girls’ division. Judging by the leaderboard, Liu was given the victory. Results

Mass Four-Ball Preview

The MassGolf Championship season kicks off this week down on the south shore. Waverly Oaks (Plymouth, Mass.) and Indian Pond (Kingston, Mass.) are the host courses.

  • Venues: Waverly Oaks (Plymouth, Mass.) and Indian Pond (Kingston, Mass.)

  • Dates: April 28-29

  • Format: 36-hole best-ball. Each team plays both courses.

  • Field Size: 175 teams
